Thompson participated in an extensive rehearsal and production session at the Apollo on August 11, preparing for the Teen Takeover live event held Friday, August 14.

The rehearsal provided Thompson with the opportunity to work inside one of music and entertainment's most historically significant institutions while preparing for the live audience.
